Matthew Davey

Matthew Davey, known as The Bow Tied DJ, is the driving force behind Completely Celebrated™. With over 15 years of experience, he blends polished MCing with high-energy DJ performance to create seamless, elevated celebrations.

After starting in Richmond’s nightlife and live event production world, Matthew found his passion in weddings in 2009—eventually launching Bow Tied Weddings in 2015, the foundation for today’s Completely Celebrated brand. His work has since expanded across the Southeast and destination markets, earning recognition including the Diamond Award for Best Reception DJ from Modern Luxury Weddings Atlanta.

Known for his ability to read a room and build unforgettable momentum on the dance floor, Matthew specializes in creating experiences that feel both refined and electric—where every moment is intentionally curated and every guest feels part of the celebration.

Talton Manning

Talton Manning is a born musician. A former Music Business/Production Major at Old Dominion University, Talton has 27 years of playing the saxophone and engaging in other areas of music. With a solid background in classical, jazz, and gospel, he utilizes his platform to mentor and educate students from primary schools to collegiate levels.

In the past years, Talton has gained extensive experience as a sound tech for Old Dominion University’s Chandler Hall and for Second Baptist Church of Richmond, VA. As a producer, he has 20 years of experience recording and production with software including FL Studios, Reason, Pro Tools, and Logic.

For the last 10 years, Talton has organized managed, and lead the Different Perspective Jazz Band where they have been honored to play at numerous shows and events throughout the DMV area and are currently expanding their market across the country. Recently recognized as Smooth Jazz artist of the Year 2026 by Veer Magazine for his latest album "Push".

Zack Cross

Zack Cross is a pianist and composer known for his expressive and contemporary approach to jazz and instrumental music. His work blends elements of jazz, R&B, and neo-soul, creating a smooth yet sophisticated sound that appeals to both casual listeners and serious music enthusiasts.

As a performer, Cross exhibits excellent technical skill and an intuitive sense of improvisation. Whether playing solo or as part of an ensemble, his touch on the piano is refined, with a clear articulation of emotion and dynamics. His work with groups like Nucleus Trio and Big Fancy further showcases his versatility and ability to adapt to different musical settings.

Zack Cross’ music is polished, soulful, and rich in harmonic depth. Zack is also in demand as a piano teacher in the Richmond area and is on the faculty of a few local schools. In his free time, Zack enjoys cooking dinner with his wife Rachel and sitting with a cat on his lap.

Cam Brewer

Cam started learning music while reading and singing hymns at church with his musician parents. At 6 he started piano lessons, later classical voice lessons, and by the time he was in high school he was Head Drum Major, co-leader of the Acapella Group and knew the fundamentals of 13 instruments. He would then learn bass and fall completely in love with it.

He discovered jazz from his middle school saxophone tutor and would later attend JMU where he would play jazz gigs around town and hone his craft after classes. He has been featured on many albums, tours, and musicals.

In his free time Cam loves reading somewhere outside, booking jazz trios around RVA, and hanging out with his cat Chicken. Talk to him about Lord of the Rings if you’ve got time to spare!

Aaron Zarrow

Aaron Zarrow is a versatile drummer and educator with over 20 years of professional performance experience. A graduate of The University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Music degree, Aaron has studied with renowned musicians in the Philadelphia and NYC metro areas.

Comfortable in a wide range of musical styles, Aaron brings energy, precision, and musicality to every performance. His diverse background in Rock, Pop, Funk, Jazz, R&B, and contemporary music allows him to adapt seamlessly to any event.  Aaron enjoys playing around the RVA area with several groups on a regular basis, and frequently subs in all sorts of diverse musical projects/ bands.
