Wedding Venues New Orleans

Looking for a luxurious space to host your celebration? Here are a few venues you should consider!

From historic spaces to river views, New Orleans has a lot to offer. Here’s our short list of wedding venues that you should contact for a site visit!

Dryades Ballroom

Located at the NOPSI Hotel, formerly the headquarters of the New Orleans Public Service Inc., the Dryades Ballroom is certainly a unique space that marries both industrial feels with elegant looks. Complete with a rooftop, you can party with up 450 guests, then be sent off to the Power Suite upstairs in the hotel. If you just got engaged, email Alisha as soon as you can!

Capital Ballroom

Built in 1927, The Capital Ballroom features mahogany trim, Tennessee marble, travertine floors and brass embroidery that line the corridors. With up to 400 of your guests, you will certainly wow them with this space. Really, the picture above barely speaks to the venues beauty. When you reach out, ask for Brittani.

Windsor Court

Walking into this hotel venue, you will be greeted by their signature bouquet of roses in their lobby. This venue is perfect for hosting your whole wedding weekend. From cocktails on the pool deck, to rehearsal dinner in the Private Dining Room, your closest friends and family will certainly feel the lap of luxury. When it’s time to party, head all the way up to the La Chinoiserie Ballroom and take in the views while you dance the night away with up to 180 of your guests. Reach out to Genevieve and tell her we sent ya!

JW Marriott New Orleans

This is not your average Marriott. Just a short walk from the French Quarter, this hotel venue is a sure bet for your besties to enjoy your whole wedding weekend. With seating for up to 400 guests, the Ballroom also has New Orleans style balconies, one of the very few that does. Let Jamie know we sent you!

The Cannery

Unlike the rest on this list, this venue is located in Mid City, but totally worth the distance from Bourbon Street. For a celebration of up to 250 guests, the large Belleville Ballroom boasts a high ceiling, square columns, the Bourbon Bar, and the Royal Parlor, which leads out to the Courtyard, creating a great flow. Shoot Kellie an email to schedule a visit.

These are just a handful of amazing venues in New Orleans. If you have any questions or other recommendations, please free to email us at weddings@bowtiedweddings.com .
